SILVERBACK FRAME OF PAIN INSURANCE WAIVER

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to participate in the Silverback Frame of Pain, a 180kg grip test event (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") organized by [Event Organizer]. In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Event, I voluntarily agree to assume all risks and responsibilities associated with my participation. I understand and agree that the Event involves physical exertion and may pose certain inherent risks.

Acknowledgment of Risks:

I acknowledge that the Silverback Frame of Pain involves lifting and carrying a 180kg load, and as such, may pose risks of injury, including but not limited to strains, sprains, fractures, and other physical injuries. I understand that these risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of other participants, or the conditions of the event venue.

Medical Condition:

I hereby represent that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the Event. I understand the importance of consulting with a healthcare professional before engaging in strenuous physical activities, and I have done so to ensure that I am fit for participation.

Release of Liability:

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless [Event Organizer], its officers, employees, agents, representatives, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation in the Event.

Assumption of Risk:

I understand that participating in the Silverback Frame of Pain involves inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume all such risks. I am aware that these risks may not be fully foreseeable or avoidable, and I accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation.

Insurance Coverage:

I acknowledge that I am responsible for securing my own insurance coverage to protect against any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the Event. I understand that [Event Organizer] does not provide any insurance coverage for participants.

Emergency Medical Treatment:

In the event of any injury or medical emergency during the Event, I authorize [Event Organizer] and its representatives to secure medical treatment on my behalf, including transportation to a medical facility, if deemed necessary. I agree to assume all costs associated with such medical treatment.

By signing below, I affirm that I have read and fully understand this Silverback Frame of Pain Insurance Waiver. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Event with full knowledge of the risks involved and agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided by the Event Organizer.
